Jobber din bedrift med GovTech og har planer om å skalere eller satse internasjonalt? Bli med på studietur til London 10.-11. mai sammen med Digdir, Innovasjon Norge og DigitalNorway.

– Det er store muligheter for norske bedrifter i det britiske markedet, også etter Brexit og Covid. Vi er glade for igjen å kunne ønske en gruppe norske bedrifter velkommen til UK for å lære mer, knytte kontakter og promotere norsk teknologi, sier Hilde Hukkelberg, direktør for Innovation Norway UK & Ireland.

Vi inviterer til to fullspekkede dager hvor du får førstehåndskunnskap om hvordan utnytte digital teknologi i offentlig sektor i Storbritania. Det blir en rekke foredrag og presentasjoner av caser. Teamene som settes på agendaen er blant annet datadeling i praksis, nye samarbeidsmodeller mellom privat og offentlig sektor og markedskommunikasjon ved eksport.

– Å få til et godt samspill på tvers av privat og offentlig sektor er helt avgjørende for å utvikle og skalere de bærekraftige løsningene for samfunnet innen områder som helse, avfallshåndtering, energi, mobilitet, smarte byer, vann og avløp og mye mer. Data og teknologi er drivere for utviklingen, og vi ser frem til å tilby denne møteplassen for erfaringsutveksling og nettverk for bedriftene sammen med Digitaliseringsdirektoratet, sier Liv Dingsør, daglig leder i DigitalNorway

Bredo Erik Swanberg i Digdir mener kunnskap om det britiske markedet er svært relevant for norske bedrifter og offentlige aktører.

– Gjennom flere års samarbeid med Innovasjon Norge UK har Digdir satt fokus på samarbeidet mellom det offentlig og private næringer på tvers av landegrensene. Å kunne utveksle kunnskap og erfaringer er viktig for utviklingen i begge land.

While GovTech is still a relatively new trend for global governments, it is rapidly gaining traction, partly accelerated by the need for digital responses to the COVID-19 pandemic. GovTech is moving from being a niche sector of digital governments to becoming a central pillar of government strategy throughout Europe. Governments are willing to adopt new models of financing and procurement to support GovTech companies and encourage GovTech adoption. In the UK, government initiatives such as the GovTech Catlayst Fund or CivTech Scotland are supporting innovative SMEs to tackle public sector challenges.
