About the course

This microcourse provides a simple introduction to AI assistants (and agents), the different types available, and how they work. You’ll also gain insight into what distinguishes off-the-shelf solutions from assistants you can customize yourself—without needing to be a developer.

The course content is based on a national guide to AI assistants, “AI Assistants in the Workplace – A Practical Guide,” which was developed by a broad group of experts commissioned by the Ministry of Digitalization and Public Administration.
