This in-depth course is for managers, union representatives, and key personnel who want to learn about what artificial intelligence is, how it works, and how artificially intelligent systems can be used in an ethical and responsible manner in the workplace. The course content has been developed in collaboration with Finansforbundet, Negotia, and NITO. You will learn more about: - What artificial intelligence is and how it affects you and the modern workplace. - How the technology works and what lies behind the buzzwords. - How Norwegian companies are using artificial intelligence. - How to ensure the responsible use of artificial intelligence, for the benefit of companies and employees.
