This is an introductory course for leaders, union representatives and anyone which working situation will be affect by Artificial intelligence. The course is describing the basic concepts of AI; how it works, and how it can be used in an ethical and responsible manner in the workplace. You will learn why you should care about AI and start your AI awareness journey.

The course content has been developed in collaboration with Finansforbundet, Negotia, NITO, and YS.

You will learn more about:

-What artificial intelligence is and how it impacts you and the modern workplace

-How the technology works and what’s behind the buzzwords

-How Norwegian companies are adopting AI (and get inspired!)

-How to ensure the responsible use of artificial intelligence—for the benefit of both organizations and employees
